These terms are an agreement between you and FrogleapSoftware.io, Chapel Gardens, Nemestown, Ireland. By creating an account or buying edits you agree to them. Questions: hello@ridgefrontier.studio.
Who can use Ridge Frontier
You must be 18 or over. One person, one account. Making extra accounts to claim more free edits isn't allowed, and we may close them.
Your photos and the people in them
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and only photos of people who have agreed to it. Don't upload anything illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, anything showing children in an inappropriate way, or anything meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.
Who owns what
You keep your rights in your photos. As far as the law allows, you own the clips you make, and you can use them however you like, including commercially (paid edits). You give us permission to store and process your photos only to provide the service to you. The Ridge Frontier name, logo and site design belong to us.
AI results
Clips are made by AI, so results vary and won't always be perfect. Faces, hands or details can come out wrong. That's what the “Not happy?” review is for. You're responsible for how you use and share your clips.
Free and paid edits
- New accounts get a free welcome edit once the email address is verified, limited to one per inbox. Free edits carry a watermark; please don't remove it.
- Paid edits come in packs at the price shown on the pricing page, which is the full price you pay. They produce unbranded clips, don't expire, can't be transferred and have no cash value.
- You can spend a paid edit to remove the watermark from a free edit you've already made.
- If an edit fails on our side, it's returned to your balance automatically.
Refunds and reviews
You can ask us to review any edit within 7 days. If it fell short, we'll return an edit to your balance. Unused paid edits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund policy. None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
The service
We work hard to keep Ridge Frontier running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or retire effects over time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
